"Miss Kim's Adventures in Making a Million" clapclap
(a.k.a Miss Kim's Million Dollar Quest/Trouble-Maker Miss Kim/Paranmanjang Miseu Kim 10 Eok Mandeulgi)
was an SBS drama special (2004) - 16 episodes: http://tv.sbs.co.kr/10/

My friend just introduced me to this drama after I watched Ji Jin Hee in Jewel in the Palace. Ji Jin Hee in this drama is entirely opposite of his character in Jewel!! He's so funny! Both him and Kim Hyun Joo, the female lead, is really enjoyable to watch in this sweet-n-sour comedy.

The story starts off with Miss Kim happily preparing for her wedding, however, on the day of the actual wedding, her groom leaves her for another woman --a rich executive in his company that claims that she can provide him with everything he needs. The wedding photographer, Mr. Park, bumps in on the pitiful bride reading the note her groom left her and couldn't help but pull her out of the ceremony place, acting as if he was stealing the bride. ....And that commences the adventures of Miss Kim and Mr. Park.

Has anyone else watched this drama?
I'd like to know the names of a couple of the awfully cute supporting actors:
1) the girl who plays "Lee Jin" (the girl who originally had a crush on Mr. Park/Ji Jin Hee and later dated the landlord's son)
2) the guy who plays "Jung Jae" (the loan shark's chauffer)

Here's a pic of Miss Kim (Kim Hyun Joo) and Mr. Park (Ji Jin Hee):

Synopsis:

Kim Hyun Joo and her boyfriend (Park Gun Hyung) have been going out for couple of years now and they are planning a marriage. They did photoshoots and everything that was needed for preparing a marriage. (kim hyun joo bought a house for them to live in and everything) When it was the day for them to marry, Park Gun Hyung didn't show up (this wealthy lady (Kim Sung Ryung) steals him and makes the guy fall for her telling that she can do absolutely anything he wants for him) and left a letter for Kim Hyun Joo to read. She obviously is shocked and runs out of the wedding place with Ji Jin Hee and goes off on a motorcycle. (ji jin hee was the photographer for the wedding pictures) Anyhow...so Kim Hyun Joo and Ji Jin Hee goes off somewhere and etc.
Ji Jin Hee is a wealthy guy, but his dad and his business went bad or something and now they went into bankrupcy or something like that. His dad is in jail right now and his mom is living in this big cabin/mansion not knowing what's really going on (she's alittle stupid). So Ji Jin Heeh sells his car, motorcycle...anything that is expensive so that he can get some money off of it. His reputation gets ruined when every one of his friends fines out that he has become poor. As for Kim Hyun Joo...on her wedding day, there were some people who didn't show up because they were caught up in work and kept on screwing up in directions...so those office workers who didn't show up at the wedding act as if they went to the wedding when Kim Hyun Joo shows up for work couple days later. Kim Hyun Joo was surpised...and just went with the act and pretends that she did get married. The office workers makes a agreement that they should go to Kim Hyun Joo's house and have a celebration party of her wedding...Kim Hyun Joo doesn't know what to do, but agrees to have the party at her house. She calls up Ji Jin Hee and meets with him. She tells Ji jin Hee to be her husband (as in act as a pretend husband) and come to her house for the party. Ji Jin Hee hesitates and declines her request...but agrees to do so. So when Kim Hyun Joo is preparing food for the party...all the office workers come in and looks around the house and stuff...Ji Jin Hee comes a little bit late and acts like a real husband to Kim Hyun Joo which stunned her a bit...lol. She drags him to her room and tells him to not be all mushy and touching inappriorpiate places and skrew up...he sorta agrees. When they are all gathered around the table...they have this conversation of how those two first met...and Ji Jin Hee makes up this weird story which makes Kim Hyun Joo mad and she yells really loud and makes everyone scared...so everyone stands up and leaves....

Cast:
Yoon Eun Hye as Lee Ji Hyun

Kim Ji Suk as Kim Kyung-Min

A countryside girl who grew up on a hillside village in Kangwon-do is later found out to be the daughter of a rich family in Kangnam. How lucky! Overnight she has realized every person’s fantasy. But is she really happy? Is she truthfully happy? The goal of this drama is to show how characters that seem like they would never be able to truly communicate with each other start to look at the world from inside the other person’s shoes; the process of how they face difficulties with each other but learn to understand and communicate; the process of how they heal their pain and find themselves. And finally of how they discover in a fun and touching way that everyone in the world, including themselves, can be a hero. Whether you have a lot or not, whether you had a great education or not, whether you’re old or young, whether you have found true love or not...life can still be so lonely and tiring. Becoming an adult means opening yourself to others by finding out that life’s lonely journey isn’t only about you. Those who know this are the ones that can taste the true happiness of love. In the end, everyone’s happiness comes from within their own heart. Our wish is that all people living in this desolate and gray civilization will be able to feel true warmth and happiness spreading through their hearts.

A girl who looks exactly like his ex-girlfriend appears in front of him. She looks exactly like Hye-soo but is a total different person. She is not just different, but different to the extreme. In her imagination she has become a singer, a news reporter, a teacher, a man, and a foreigner. Her one dream is to go Cheju-do, despite the fact that she hasn??t even been to Seoul. To spread her dreams out a little more she would like to go to college and get a degree, and then become a stunning and smart business women. He is a character who is very gentle in appearance but sturdy in spirit, but once you get to know him you realize that once he sets a goal he is very tenacious in achieving it and he has a strong will to win. After the people in the publishing company worked with him and got to know him, the bad rumors about him started to die down. In order to find Seung-hee, who has been shutting out the world, he finally finds his way to a little village on the hillside and there he meets a young woman. Suddenly this girl, who looks exactly like Hye-soo tells him, ??You??re so cocky!?? causing his nice looking face to harden. At first he was kind to this country girl to be polite, even though in his mind he looked down on her. She, for her part, keeps reading his mind and embarrassing him yet strangely his heart keeps beating towards her. He can??t understand his own heart and why it keeps beating towards this country girl who only graduated high school and lives with a dumb mom.
