if want to report spca , must take picture.the dog kind of fat in an unhealthy way cos I think stay in the cage and seldom go out . Who would want to stay in cage all day long ?The cage is not big. I stay in Toa Payoh, and work in central. Really like to have some dog lover volunteer to check out the place.The dog is located between the staircase of level 7 and level 6. ( This stupid owner also inconsiderate of the neighbours) |
