just go to the control panel near the top of the website. click on sgc$, then click bank. there, you can deposit and withdraw the SGC$. do not that SGC$ not real money.
sgc$ can be used for many things. change username color, send gifts, donate... there's a list of things you can buy, under SGC$ shop.

sovering, there are some forums that will give you sgc$ per post, while some don't even have post count. for the whole list, check out handbook as well
