those u looking for is those demountable door kind.. this is easy to find.. but not the wall mounted kind.. cuz wall mounted kind muz drill n screws all this..
whereas the door kind.. u can buy from sportslink, aibi n queensway.. but so far i went to 4-5 places, all out of stock..

i got mine in sports link at Jurong Point. used for almost 1 year liao. very stable.
for those demountable type, it also can damage the walls. Months after using, u can see black impact marks on it. and if your weight goes above 80, when u pull, u generate an accelerating force which could lead the chin up bar experience up to 100+kg of force pulling down. which means that the bar can fail( fail as in fall off from wall contact points)anytime due to fatigue. one sign of failing is that u can see the bar shifting lower or the bar can be rotated.
