Yar, true.
Many types of bananas used for different purposes. Even goreng pisang use special type. Must get the same bananas...cannot change. So far, I always only use the same type. Yesterday....those bananas sold out.

It's ok. I should thank u. But I think I should be the one to explain about the pancakes delivery, so that's what I did. 1) it was last min so couldn't find the right bananas. 2) it was late and took longer than expected to get to the location.
So, overall, it was really unforeseen.
