but there r a lot of other animals if u r only talkin about dogs....
i realsied tat most non HDB owners r the ones who adandon their dogs, tat explains y there r a lot of non HDB approved dogs in SPCA....
btw do u noe something...
once u adopt the animal from SPCA, shld u return them to SPCA for watever reason(family dun like, the dog actually pee n shit etc), the animals will b put to sleep regardless... |
