what we can do together is educating pets owner..helping them find an adopter when owner is giving up..rather than waiting pets become stray then we start to call exp.SPCA

there s Action for SG Dogs, Cats Welfare Club, n House Rabbits SG tat r also shelters....
there r many more beside SPCA....
but "sterilised=control population,better health n so on" s much better than "dying"....
