its always hard to hear these pets are to be put to sleep when no one takes them...but that is not the last solution for them i believe... surely SPCA or other animals shelter knows the reason behind for a petslover not consider an adoption...they got to do a review
it is the same thoery when a couple wants to adopt a child, but the child needs be sterilised before adoption...
