Got volume licensing problem, i suspect. Most probably the other notebooks of the same model will have the same problem as well. Call the HP helpdesk to complain. Speak to their team lead or supervisor. Tell them how useless the laptops are and if they refuse to help, tell them u wish to speak to their manager. I used to work as Helpdesk before, so I know, hehehe. Their service centre is at Alexandra Technopark anyway. I doubt u guys would want to travel all the way there juz to service ur laptop. Tell them to send their onsite engineers if they can't resolve it over the phone.
