1. How do I get more traffic to my site?
Good SEO? Yea like what others also say put your link in your forum sigs, msn nick name etc etc. You could also host contests etc on your site, that would attract quite a number of people if the prizes are attractive. You might consider paid advertisements such as using google to spread the word of your site. however, i don't think it should be necessary unless you are going professional or is earning from that site.
2. How do make my post more interactive? meaning that people would like to respond to it.
People respond when they feel a need to. usually it depends on the post's content. talking on controversial topics usually gets the most comments.
3. Where could I get connect to get more people to link to my blog?
maybe you can try those blogging social networks? submit to directories etc. when you have good content, usually people will start linking up.
4. Specifically to you, what would make you want to come back to my blog if there is something that attracts you? if not that what could I add to make you want to return?
Good content that interests me gets me back.
