thats a typical stroker release
but than this sort of hook can be further subdivided into a skid roll hook or roll hook
and if u wanna play a skid roll hook u must know that the amt of turn must be consistent and not over doing it
but for roll hook its just a simple follow tru with fingers and palm pointing to the back
both are also j hook but than the end results will be diff
skid roll will have side roll,skidding the ball further
wehreas roll hook will be more of a forward roll with the ball hooking in earlier
still its up to the bowler to be flexible in their release and alter their release as and when necessary
