no, it's not. You might lost just 1-10 strands...And the removal process will take 4-6 hours...as I have to do it tenderly...LOL...but it's true...and I spent 2 bottles of virgin coconut oil..on my client's hair. After that it is very recommended to do hair scrub, so the damage part will cure instantly.

For a bonded extension type, you should repair it at least after 3-4 months.

Well..it's saver and easier to use clip on hair extension.
