Well, there's this thing about "push and pull factors". If you're leaving a job, in this current time, it's highly recommended that you only do so when u have found another job. If not, you may (or may not) find yourself jobless for some time. Sometimes, it's not just about looking for a job, but finding a job that is at least equal, or better than your previous job that makes it hard. So, if there's something pushing you from your current job, I think it would be safest to ensure that there's a pull factor somewhere before you quit your job. If not, I think it'll just be the same.. |
