Someone wrote to the Chinese papers once, and it improved a bit... but slowly, it's getting back to the terrible stage again.... Been living here for 18 years liaoz, and it's still the same.... What can I do to make things right? | |

TS write into ST forum, their Ms Tammy Tan Director of Corporate Communications for SBS Transit will reply your feedback and contact you, I always complain to sbstransit CRC dept as I have their email but always no action will be taken and recently I just complain about bus service I told them if I never receive their call to clarify about the matter I will just post on ST forum, I sick of seeing bus coming late and shortage of buses
