i dunno if this works,
but myself and a number of guys manage 2 get away with it.
try booking ur tp time at around peak periods.
i did my TP at CDC(Ubi) started at 4.30pm after completing the circuit
headed out to road. was suppose to do U-turn before the paya lebar fly over.
but tester saw the packed traffic ask me turn left go back CDC.
i like only completed about 1/3 of my route.
and i pass my tp with 6 points. Unbelieveable.
skip U-turn somemore.
