caller id requires time to track number, if the guy hangs up before second ring, chances of getting his number are slim. if public phone, then good luck. though they have phone numbers, the caller id plan u subscribe doesn't show it. I heard some companies subscribe to a different plan that shows public phones too, and I heard a public phone ring before... so its still possible it you're willing to pay the money.
the quickest way is to report prank call. no mercy. |
