Ya , your Internet is working FINE. But your phone Line might not be fine. i got myself a few set of micro filter and they were all burnt .. so u told them your having disconnection problem .. so they used a Micro filter.. i had that.. but i told them.. even with the mirco filter there still problem. so try this out..
if you have a 'noisy' phone line (e.g. when talking you can hear crackles, pop's or any other kind of interference on the line) this can cause the modem to disconnect itself from mysingtel. Try seeing if your phone line works fine .. look at the wires wait i donnoe how to say this ...
