Well Ramos does make a difference, however perhaps it is too early to tell, jol did make some headway but then lost steam along the way.

While I agree that international players should not need skills coaching any more, there is a great need for the manager to decide on the right tactics for particular games. I think Jol was just unfortunate to have started the season with injuries to key players.
Well, I remember someone saying that this thread is actually about Everton. I must congratulate the Everton owners for keeping faith with Moyes all these years - it has done the club a world of good to have a manager for a sustained period of time.
One Everton player I wish would cross over to Anfield is Tim Cahill - he is their key player, always dangerous, always likely to score goals! | |

Newcastle Utd is another team that likes to change its managers quite often. This will cost instablities in the team's harmony and morale.
