Yesterday order KFC delivery as feel like eating so i order family feast A which consider 8 pieces chicken and the delivery was late. When it arrive i haven't get to check and the deliverman just walk away and i open the box saw just 3 pieces.

So i call the customer service centre and the line was busy no one can ans my call. Finally there someone who ans my call and i say my order is wrong can u ask them to redeilver as it was very late and my family was hungry. Yet she keep asking question like is the invoice correct, what order u receive etc and hang up my call without saying whether they are redelivering again.

So i recall again and also wait for very long then got ppl ans. This time the lady say will check and call back and she did. I ask her how long will it take and she shout at me say it's been redeliver and she dun know what time will reach my house and hang up my call.They are in the wrong yet keep hanging up my call and shout at me when i order it say will reach my house at 6.10pm and i wait till 6.20pm then it arrive and order is wrong. I just call to ask for redeliver yet kena so bad services.

Bty when they redeliver the order to my house it already around 7.15pm and order was wrong again as i order 5 pieces orginal and 3 pieces crispy but it came as 3 pieces original and 5 pieces crispy but i din call again as it might drag till 8pm or later then i get to eat my dinner and also sure kena hang up by them.
