yeah, i think tired is not an excuse either. this case then i think every person working should be giving bad attitude. but that is not what we see. to be in the service line is to be able to put your moods and problems aside during work. in fact its the same for all jobs. have to put your problems aside and concentrate during work. even in school. its learning to focus, and know what is the main priority at that point in time.
