Some things are fated and some are not. But as in relationship, i guess its all about fate bah. You always see those teenagers who are like school students together, who just know each other for two weeks and stead just because of their looks, you think thats fate? I can tell you they will break up as fast as the steaded.
Whereas those who cant seem to find their true love, they will be surprised that their love is their true love. Love cannot be rushed. A love that rushes will fall down like a fast flowing waterfall. 
Words cannot express everything.
