They've started knocking again. Yesterday they did that from 9am - 4pm. The police came down and confronted them but the man said he was repairing chairs (repair chairs need to use bamboo to hit the ceiling? Mad?) The police came back upstairs to tell us that they can't do anything else. Told us to file a complaint with the magistrate to give the police further authority to conduct investigation. Also told us to speak with the liaison officer who's in charge of our block (whom we've already spoke to.. and he'd already spoken to the family downstairs and settled everything supposedly)

This morning they started again from 11am... up till now (140pm). We've subsequently gotten 2 of our neighbours to witness the incident. Even with the witness, the police couldn't do anything yesterday. Now they bang with a rhythm summore.. and after doing that.. we can hear from the kitchen the guy (or sometimes his elderly mum) would go "HA HA HA HA" or "HO HO HO HO".

ARGH. HOW?
