both way, depending on situation, if you would like to be a actor/ singer or watever has to do with much exposure, you sure need to have a good personality and good interaction skill and to make yourself amiable to ppl, so if there is a day u get to me famous, ppl will start to come to you instead of you going to look for ppl. anyway like i have stated earlier on , it really works both way.
