My upstairs neighbours have no time limits at all. They even made noise at 3am in the morning. i think the limit is 11pm lah, on weekdays. People still need to wake up early in the morning next day to work. Dont understand why. Have tried all methods but no use. Called police, police says town council. My town council went to find them, they are not at home always. I think they deliberately closed the door. Then town council says back to police, they treat our case as a ball. Kick here and kick there
