I checked the whole story with whoever that is involved. Why don't you tell the whole story out? This is what I heard from dawn and mark. At 4+pm Dawn came over to check, she asked you whether you have distributed properly, she has been in this line long enough to know where distributors will try to "eat snake". After checking for 4 blocks, consistently with the same patterns, those same places are not distributed. She also confronted you to go up together with her to check with the residents whether did they recieve the flyers, why did you cry and refuse to go? This is the best way to prove your innocence since you repeated insisted you DID distribute the flyers. Under the terms and condition, you are REQUIRED to go with the supervisors to check if foul play is suspected.
You called your dad after that, and DAwn had a chat with your dad. Dawn mention your pay will be decide by the management since you breached the terms and conditions. Your dad told her nicely, this is your first time working, you have no experience, doesn't matter whether you recieve the pay or not.
You mention you distributor 9 blocks, Dawn had to check 9 blocks, only to find out the same pattern. You distributed those near the lift and stairs but further you won't distribute. How to have so much coincidence?
Did I send you an sms to ask you what happen to you during the evening time? I heard of the crying incident when I went down to Eunos for coffee.
The next day, you came down with your mum to return the flyers. Mark told you, you have breach the terms and conditions, you are not entitled to any pay but he also offer to pay you for the work you have done (not you have claimed) When you heard about your pay is abt $4 which is 50% off what you have claimed, immediately you rejected it and wanted to leave.
However Mark didn't handle it well when he mention $4 very difficult to issue cheque. This is uncalled for. By the way, the boss has no intention to hold your pay.

Do you have anything to add? Did I missed out something? I'm very willing to listen to your side of story before we take action.

BTW, I'm not your employer. The people you saw are my tenants. I owned the office you saw. That is why til now you never see me.

Let me tell you what you have done. By not being honest, you have caused them to deploy more man power to check the places you have done and to distribute flyers to those units you have not distributed. I was in the office with the boss when this thing happen. That is why you recieve the SMS. These tenants of mine are very hardworking and honest people. They employed a few supervisors to make sure the job is done properly. Whenever the flyers distributors distribute, the supervisors will go and check block by block to ensure the flyers are distributed properly.
If the flyers are not distributed properly, the clients are not happy. Who stand to lose? I hope you touch your own conscience and reflect on this incident. Why so many others who have work for them have no problems except you.

I expect an explanation from you. If not I shall exercise all my rights and pursue this matter to the very end. I spent one whole day trying to get whole of all the people involved to get their statements. My reputation is at stake. I will get the bottom of the whole incident. If you continue to post defamatory remarks without stating your point, I won't hesistate to take legal actions against you.

1) I hope to hear why wouldn't you go together with Dawn to check with the residents since you insisted.

2) If you still insist you distributed, why all the blocks have the same place not distributed? Do u mean all the residents came back at the same time and collected the flyers, the other 50% didn't come back to collect? 50%, do u know that is alot.

By the way, I will collect your pay from the boss tomorrow. Just SMS me your account number and it will be transferred to you.. If you don't want it, name a charity organisation, it will be donated in your name. BTW, your pay might be more, now they are doing tabulation for your pay. And it is out of goodwill.

I also advise all others not to participate in this thread until the truth is out.
