i understand what you mean. because the pple staying above me are also nuts! they drag the chairs, tables, sofa at unearthly hours of the day, everyday. children screaming, tv on very very loud, and even talking at loud voices in the middle of the night. i have called the police, police came, but they told me there's no lights on or any sounds either. even police knocked on the door, they say its not them who is making the noise, its the neighbours above them. come on lah, they think we are stupid, because if they dragging furniture, we directly below, can hear very clearly what. Police came many times, but still the noise remains. |
