Is there a problem if a guy is being nice to you? A guy will naturally be nice to a gal in the 1st place and it would not help if you get suspicious everytime he is going to be nice to you. In the 1st place why do you accept him then?
I do not think you should go on suspecting everytime he is doing nice things for you right? If this is going to be so then you should not continue this r/s. Again, it is just my perception. It is really up to you.
