2. Shipping from USA to singapore = SGD0.80 (this is just an estimate from my last elf purchase which is a very small quanity, only 20 over items so if order in bulk should be much cheaper)

Dear All,

I will not be able to do the refund of the items so soon. At the same time, I will not know if there is any need for top up. ELF will be refunding me the difference for the missing item which will be automatically converted to SGD and USD have drop further. I will be waiting for the refund to be reflected inside my credit card before the refund/top up will be done. So please don't tua me if top up is required as I will be releasing the items first. But not to worry, I am looking at the refunds by ELF within this week. Items will be sent out tomorrow for those that have already given me their address. Pending for address from yen & xinru.
