- United Engineers has emerged as the top bidder for HDB's latest Design, Build and Sell Scheme site in Ang Mo Kio at S$134.2m or S$212 psf ppr.
- KSH Hldgs is proposing a one-for-one share split and said that the conversion price of its earlier announced notes issue would be adjusted from S$1.50 to S$0.75 due to the split.
