Gal read from the shoes thread that u r planning to buy boots to go overseas right. My advise is, is better for you to buy over there. Coz in terms of design, quality and price, over there (cold countries) is much more better compare to singapore.

If u don;t mind about the quality or just wanted a plain design u can go to Paya labar, the golden mile complex if i get the name correct. Over there, they sell alot of boots with good bargin.
