Even though they have the same Intel processor & RAM, the casing's ruggedness, duarability, ventilation, the customer support & after-sales repair all have to take into consideration.
If I have 2 laptops with EXACT specs, but brand A has 24/7 tech support & repair centre situated somewhere easily accessible but brand B's tech support & repair centre are not in S'pore (overseas), which will you choose?
