Not Lenovo cuz it's now manufactured by china factories. The quality has dropped quite a bit, so it doesn't get my confidence. Other brands like ASUS, Sony, Dell... the specs aren't good and the durability not what I expect also. HP and IBM's quality standard, tech support and repair & maintenance services are based in S'pore can be reached. After sales support and repair are important.
I used to think style and design is on par as criteria in choosing laptops, but after some experiences and feedback from friends, I've to admit some brands/models are 好看不好用.
