Maybank if i am not wrong has the highest interest. Stan chart sucks badly, service sucks, the credit cards sucks too. They have the cheek to charge me $150 plus GST for a platatium card when it didn't mention any charges when I apply for it, I saw free for 1 yr. Luckily I check through as my bill for that month is damn high.
