1) Any Police Officer with the rank of an ASP and above can enter and search any place without a search warrant. They are known as "walking Warrant".
2) Any Police Officer regardless of rank can search conduct a search without a search warrant if the PO suspects that a serious crime has been committed or is being committed inside the house or that a wanted criminal or a suspect in a crime is hiding inside the house. 3) Any Police Officer regardless of rank can and may search any house upon been allowed into the premises and consent has been obtained from the rightful owner of the house.
4) Any CNB officer regardless of rank may and can enter any premises as long as he/she suspects that controlled drugs are hidden or being manufactured inside the premises.
