Morning:
Meal 1: a bowl of cereals (high fibre) or maybe a few loafs of bread. This is for breakfast.
Meal 2: if possible, da pao a wholemeal bread to ur company, also eat a few loafs to curb ur hunger, if possible, some crackers also can. For students, jus eat a normal bread or fruits
Meal 3: lunch! eat normally. try abstaining from eating pork(no offense to muslims) or muttons. Eat fish/chicken and also less oil stuffs. Rice wise, try not to ask for too much
Meal 4: Fruits! if possible
Meal 5: Dinner. Eat something light. Maybe wholemeal bread wif kaya/jam if u wan too (PLZ DO NOT PUT EXCESSIVELY), or if u dun mind, Fish bee hoon/fruits/salad
Oh ya, point to note: Green tea helps too! Coffee also! Caffeine related stuffs help in increasing metabolism, but try not to take in excessively
Dat settles for the meals. Now the exercise. Ok i noe there r lotsa gals out there who r real lazy when comes to these, so take note.
1) if u have the time, try to hit the gym every alt days. (1,3,5,7) or (2,4,6) Y im suggesting this cos ur muscles nid to rest. For females, HIT THE WEIGHT! U WONT GROW THOSE UGLY MUSCLES! trust me! by doing the dumbbell exercises, ur actually burning fats more of growing muscles like guys, and also, gals cant grow muscles (if im rite).
2) For guys who wan to have good deal of muscles.
Each time u hit the gym, do ur cardio 1st. at least 20 mins to pump ur heart rate up! Above 130 would be the best as ur body is into the cardio zone, easier to burn fats. Ladies, plz do so too
Guys, dun jus do a particular part of ur muscles each time ur hitting gym, ur muscles gonna rest too long, n takes a long time to have the shape. For me wad i do is:
Session A:Legs,Chests, tricep & abs of cos!
Session B: Shoulder,back, bicep!
By doing this alternately, ur muscles wont rest too long, kudos for u
Anywae i cant list down loads of how u gonna train, cos my fingers gonna be aching like no tml
So let me conclude! refrain from ur dieting programs like abstaining of food or wadsoeva, cos if u gonna do dat, u be a SICK BIRD
