He is really dumb then... he should avoid any promotion of his curry puffs, if he is going to evade taxes. Like alanyeap said... there will always have his competitors, informant, or someone that is jealous of him wanting to watch him go down...
bad guys is always around somewhere.... He should understand that after living for so long.
