whereas to beg the differ, i won't recommend hokkaido ice cream that's located in singapore.
somewhat it tastes differ from origin hokkaido.
it would be the best to try out japanese ice cream by waiting for the next japanese foods fest again.
as for others location where ice creams are sold i'm not really familiar with it but i'll thump up fiona88's choice, Anderson, is not a bad choice.
