Cheapest is etrade. The so call "budget" securities firm. Low brokage fees. The easiest to use is perhaps philips.
Remember to factor in your cost of brokage when you make a purchase as it will affect your average cost per share. Unless you are trading in big vols, this shouldn't be your concern.
