I don't think voting will work. Everyone has a different request because everyone feels differently towards how this spree has turned out. Some are pissed off while some heck care (those other spreers who have remained silent thus far)

I think the best solution is to use those 3 options to consolidate what people want. You wont be confused and everyone will be happy too. I shall reiterate again, I want my items, I want a refund of the excess shipping. i.e. I'm putting myself in the 3rd category but THIS IS NOT A VOTE.

I also agree with Mendy that ELF 4 should be settled now. Why should we wait for ELF 5 when we have placed our orders way before ELF 5 was closed? It will only add to your confusion if you try to settle both sprees together cuz there will be MORE spreers to deal with.

And zipdisk, I appreciate your act of helping out HX and trying your best to settle everything but just a piece of advice. It may not be the wisest decision to take over from her because legally, you are now acting as her agent and if anything goes wrong, you can be liable.

I don't want to sound rude and I really appreciate the efforts of all spree-organisers. But before I'm forced to state the spreers legal entitlement under the Singapore Statutes, please settle this quickly. I know you (hx.zipdisk) are busy but if you decide to organise a spree, you have to take full responsibility and not do a disappearing act or whine about disclosure of receipts.
