Your msn with Vick said it all. Full refunds will be made if spree-ers don't like the spree and that refunds will be done within 3 working days. Today is the third day and I don't see the refunds coming? Now you are asking for people to vote. You get different requests because some of the requests are coming from spree-ers from Elf 5. Please settle this issue of Elf 4 before you confuse yourself.
As you are aware we are buying products that are fragile, even if you give me free postage, there is no guarantee that the item will not break in the process of posting out to us. Four of us have made it clear that we want full refunds. Just refund us so we can continue with our 'lives'. Why the voting? Its simply a waste of our time. |
