A 30-year-old engineer says he does not feel comfortable while his wife finds it unacceptable whenever they spot this young couple pottering around their Tampines flat with their underwear showing.
The STOMPer took this video at about 9pm last night (16 Sept).
'They were cooking in the kitchen," he told STOMP this morning (17 Sept).
"They do this all the time. In the bedroom, they walk around like this with their underwear showing. They have curtains but sometimes did not draw the curtains.
"I don't usually look out of the window but for the past six months, during the few times I looked out, they are walking around the flat like this."If we can see this, it means other residents can also see this.

"For their own sakes, they should put on pants or cover up, especially when flats are within spitting distance of each other," the STOMPer said.

STOMP has adjusted the speed of the video and put it on slow motion.
