Dun need to stop for awhile. If want to stop, stop completely. I've done that and right now I can spend every single cent I have on other things. Anyway one of my friend also stop completely after he was adviced by me for a few months. Althought he keep telling me that he stop for awhile and bet again, he still losses. Each time always say stop awhile also like that. Think he's alot happier now. Hahaha.
