My user id says it all. I am a mama (in English = mother; in Hokien/Teochew = grandmother). Well...I am a mother and will be a grandma next year. *Sob sob*, there goes my freedom!
I use the computer a lot at home - helping my better half write reports and articles; sending emails to friends; surfing for info, etc, etc. Errr... I can be classified as unemployed/homemaker/housewife/lady of leisure, whatever....:biggrin4:
Nah, I don't keep my home super duper freakily clean, neither do I spent hours having high tea with de tai's tai's gang. I read a lot, really. Umm four books a week is quite a lot, right? I love psychological thrillers, the more suspenseful (is there such a word?), the more cheap thrill I get. I bring my book everywhere - reading a page while waiting for the train or bus; reading another page while seated in the train or bus or car or cab; reading more pages when I am eating; reading more when I am in the toilet and also before I fall asleep in bed. So, you can imagine how hyperactive I am - worst than a 3 years' old kid!
Oh, aside from messing with my computer and reading, I go to the gym at least 4 times a week for spinning classes. I am an active Grassroot Leader, I can cook and I'm not saying anymore because the more I write the more I sound like a braggard. Yucks!
I'll log in tomorrow and hope to get to know more about this site and the members too. Any auntie here?
