sprees can be determined by spree organizers from time to time even there is enuff interest gathered~
eg, if taiwan seller request minimum ordered quantity to be at least 20 pcs of clothing and the interest list cannot even hit the target, the spree will not be held~
main motive of spree is to buy in bulk to enjoy discounts and lesser shipping charges~
