I felt rather creeped out when I looked at how obsessive the men in this documentary were about their dolls, especially the first one. He was actually deluding himself beliving that his doll was alive and could reprociate his feelings... Creepy.
I still dont get it though, why would any guy want to throw away any chance he has of a relationship with a women for... inanimate objects? All they do is provide the person with physical pleasure. But can they console you when you feel down? No. Do they actually have personalities or little quirks which you find endearing? No. The first guy ( the most obsessive one ) actually didnt look ugly at all, Im pretty sure that if he just adjusted his own way of dressing or made a few lifestyle changes, he could go out and get a girlfriend.
