　　一脸微笑的走进手术室，对病人尽可能慢而清晰地说：“您好，本医院竭诚为您服务。请您选择 ：1.普通话 服务。2.english serves。”病人伸出一根手指。牛牛接着用更慢更清晰的声音说：“1.医院简介。2.医药费查询。3. 病房查询。……0.其他。”病人把手指弯成“O”状。牛牛接着：“1……。”病人猛地坐了起来 ，大吼道：“ 我选0，我要人工服务！”
