The best memory I have was in the 1999 season when Arsenal has to travelled to Anfield on the last day of the season. We not only had to win but we have to win by 2 clear goals in order to pip Liverpool for the title at that time Anfield was like a fortress to Liverpool.

Alan Smith (Not the current Man Utd Player) gave us the lead and Michael Thomas who Arsenal sold to Liverpool scored the 2nd goal that gave us the title with virtually the last kick of the match. Anfield was stunned into silence!!! :biggrin4:

Another hightlight was our double in 1998 as well as on 2004 wher we went the entired season without losing.

To me, Arsene Wenger is the best signing ever. His eyes for raw diamonds is an exceptional talent. He also groomed these unknown players into World Class players and sold them for a hugh profits.

Fellow Gunners, put your trust and faith in him!

We are in the rebuilding stage, we have one of the best young teams in the World. Give them time to mature and gain experiences. Once they have achieved that, we will be Champions again and again! :biggrin4:
i agree with u that wenger is really good..but he has his own flops also.

there are a few players who he signed and turned up to be flops.Francis jeffers,Slyvian Wiltord,Pascal Cygan,Julio Baptista....just to name a few.And i think his policy of grooming youngsters are not applicable in todays context.Imagine supporters go into emirates stadium just to watch their fav team loses due to inexperience.

Arsenal shld be a team aiming for the trophy, but in recent years they seems to show little ambitions in challenging the trophy. It could be due to the large debts they incurred for the construction of emirates stadium, but i do think that they should really change their youth policy.

But i do believe henry departure will fires up arsenal since he has been a disruptive influence last season.I do believe arsenal can end up in top 4 again, but definitely will notwin the titlein my opinion:biggrin4:
