Don't they know the meaning of "emergency" room, such mistake will cost the patient a lifetime (like this case). Yes, go sue the damn hospital. 
Always think positive, everything stuffs have 2-sides, its up to you to choose which side you want to believe in... You are just one step away from stress-free life, cheers :biggrin4:
