Mmmmi guess far east will be the best~ try Anna Nucci, Mando (3rd level) and basement got lots of shops too...u can really compare shop to shop..and maybe u will spend half day comparing shoes too...
if not then Bugis Village, but hot hot weather if u dun mind (dun go weekend), but bugis village clothings will be more than shoes...hahaha
