both my parents were gamblers when they young. they met each other through friends. wasn't love at first sight but after some time they got together.
my mum had a lot of rich suitors, my dad was not good looking and he was poor as well. but my mum only had eyes for him. despite the hardship, my mum stayed on with my dad.
oh, and my dad is younger than my mum by 6 years. apparently, 30 year ago, jie di lian was in fashion le! :rock: so i followed my parents' footsteps cos my boyfriend is 5 years younger than me!  Happiness is not found at the end of the road, it is experienced along the way.
So take not for granted each moment of your life and you will find a reason to be happy each day. |
